How enquiry information is handled
This is a pre-launch draft for owner and legal review. It reflects the Phase 1 contact form design and must be completed with verified company and provider details before public launch.
- Data minimisation
- Service enquiries only
- No marketing opt-in required
Who controls your information
IntelliconAI UK Ltd is the intended data controller for enquiries submitted to Livingston IT. Privacy enquiries can be sent to phil@intelliconai.co.uk. The registered office and company number must be inserted and verified before launch.
Livingston IT is a trading name of IntelliconAI UK Ltd.
What the enquiry form collects
The form collects your name, email address, optional telephone number, enquiry type, optional business name, optional general location and the message you choose to provide. Technical security data such as submission time and network address may be processed briefly to prevent abuse.
Please do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, full diagnostic exports or other sensitive data through this form.
Why it is used
The information is used to understand and respond to your request, take steps at your request before a possible service agreement, keep the service secure and meet applicable legal obligations. It is not treated as consent to unrelated marketing.
Delivery, storage and retention
The website does not store enquiries in a database. Submitted details are sent to phil@intelliconai.co.uk using authenticated mail delivery. The hosting and mailbox providers, their locations and any international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed here before launch.
A proportionate mailbox retention period and deletion process must also be approved before launch. Temporary anti-abuse records contain a one-way network-address hash and are automatically short-lived inside the application container.
Your rights and contact
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights over your personal information, including access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. Contact phil@intelliconai.co.uk about a privacy request. Information Commissioner’s Office complaint wording must still be added during legal review.
No non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are enabled in Phase 1. A session cookie is used for contact-form security.
